The news presented by Casalgrande Padana at the latest edition of Cersaie are a truly refined and multifaceted inspirational journey, that creates a kaleidoscope of possibilities and interpretations that are not only astonishing (from a design point of view) but also highly functional and practical.
Porcelain stoneware is one of the most versatile coverings in contemporary design, the perfect covering for floors and walls, the indoor and outdoor spaces. Furthermore, in all the brand’s collections, it is made of natural raw materials, is eco-friendly and fireproof, non-absorbent, resistant to wear, abrasion and temperature changes, characteristics that make it unalterable over time. Without forgetting that it is easy to clean and, on request, has self-cleaning qualities thanks to Bios Ceramics technology.
Today it becomes even more materic and fascinating, it is shown in multiple and innovative variations which are able to display, each with a completely unique aesthetic soul, numerous design characteristics. This is how the Alabastri, Concept, Cosmo, Lithos and Terrae collections are born, to which is added the canneté decoration on some lines and the new entry Convivialis, a line of tables for indoor and outdoor furnishings with tops made of antibacterial porcelain stoneware.
Alabastri Collection – Blue, shiny surface.
ALABASTRI
Delicate shades and soft mother-of-pearl transparencies, chiaroscuro effects and sinuous movements of light and shadows. The ceramic slabs of the Alabastri collection give astonishing effects of depth and three-dimensionality, inspired both aesthetically and in the choice of the name by the noble material that has always been used in the most refined interiors.

Perfect for environments with an ethereal allure, it is available in five shades – Black, Blue, Green, Pink e White – 6 mm thick in the 60×120 cm, 120×120 cm and 120×278 cm sizes and 9 mm thick in the 90×90 cm and 90×180 cm sizes, in a glossy and smooth surface (the latter with a soft and silky effect). It is also available in 30×30 cm mesh mosaics with 5×5 cm and 5×15 cm tiles; in strip mosaic, it is available in hexagon and lozenge shapes.

CONCEPT
Contemporary attitude for the Concept collection, which recalls the essential and urban chic of concrete in a new and elegant interpretation of porcelain stoneware. Interiors with a metropolitan soul find a new stylistic path, where it is possible to define a tailor-made design, which has that modern (albeit timeless) character capable of crossing the duration of coming and going trends unscathed.

The line is available in seven shades – Black, Blue, Green, Greige, Grey, White and Red – in a hexagonal format of 23.5×20.5 cm, 9 mm thick in the dimensions 20×20 cm and 30×30 cm in natural R10 surface (non-slip and suitable for bathrooms and barrier-free projects); in the 30×60 cm and 60×60 cm formats in natural R10 surface, glossy and bushhammered anti-slip; in the 60×120 cm format in natural R10, satin, glossy and non-slip finishes and in the 120×120 cm format in natural R10, satin and glossy surface.

In Black and Gray tones, in the dimensions 60×120 cm and 60×60 cm, it is available in a 20 mm thickness with a non-slip surface for outdoor installation either with glue on screed or raised supports – for the passage of water and electrical systems – or directly on grass, gravel or sand. Furthermore, the collection is completed with a 20×20 cm decoration composed of abstract bas-relief geometries, a 30×30 cm mosaic with 5×5 cm or 5×15 cm tiles and a ribbed decoration in the 60×120 cm format (a novelty), available in all colors of the collection.

COSMO
Designed in four variants (Beige, Greige, Tobacco and Tortora) Cosmo reinterprets the ancestral charm of Piasentina stone and the same material expressiveness, with delicate veining and different chromatic shades. Elegant in both conceptual and timeless environments, the collection is offered in 9 mm thickness in the 30×60 cm and 60×60 cm formats with a non-slip bushhammered surface and in the new R10 natural finish; as well as in the dimensions 60×120 cm in natural R10, satin and bush-hammered surface and 120×120 cm in natural R10 and satin surface.
Cosmo Collection – Beige.
The range also includes 30×30 cm mesh mosaics with 5×5 cm and 5×15 cm tiles and a tumbled mosaic, available in all the colors of the collection. It can also be used for outdoors, in Beige, Greige and Tortora colors (60×60 and 60×120 cm, 20 mm thickness) for outdoor installation either with glue on screed or directly on grassy surfaces, gravel or sand.

LITHOS
Versatile and modern, Lithos takes up the character of Portland Stone, a material famous for characterizing the architecture of symbolic buildings in the most important cities on an international level, such as London and New York. The collection is a tribute to the charm of a thousand-year-old raw material with expressive strength, a modern reinterpretation suitable for contemporary interior designs.
Lithos Collection – Taupe.
Six color options – Beige, White, Grey, Black, Taupe and Tortora – proposed in 9 mm thickness 30×60 cm and 60×60 cm in non-slip surface and in the new natural R10 finish; 60×120 cm with natural R10, satin and grip finish and 120×120 cm with natural R10 and satin surface. In the 120×278 cm format it is available in a 6 mm thickness with a natural R10 and satin finish.
There is no shortage of mosaic decorations, on 30×30 cm mesh with 5×5 cm and 5×15 cm tiles, as well as a 60×120 cm ribbed decoration and the 30×30 cm curved mosaic, in all the colors of the collection on a natural surface. In the outdoor version, you can choose between the 60×60 cm and 60×120 cm dimensions in Beige, Grey, Taupe and Tortora colours, designed for raised or dry installation directly on grass, sand and gravel.

TERRAE
The Terrae collection combines the timeless charm of terracotta with the functionality of latest generation porcelain stoneware. A classic that finds an elegant application in contemporary design both in continuous solutions, between interiors and exteriors (alternating natural and non-slip finishes for the outdoors), and in floor and wall ensembles or in contrast.

It can be chosen from six colours: Beige, White, Caramel, Brick, Tobacco and Tortora. The formats offer many possibilities, such as 120×278 cm, 120×120 cm and 60×120 cm in 6 mm thickness and in the new natural R10 surface; or, in 9 mm thickness, in the 60×120 cm, 60×60 cm and 30×60 cm sizes in the natural R10 and non-slip grip finishes, 90×90 cm in the patinè surface and 20×20 cm in the natural finish.
Terrae Collection – Brick
It is also enriched by 20×20 cm geometric motifs, for the creation of patchwork effects, by 30×30 cm mosaics with 5×5 cm and 5×15 cm tiles and by the new 60×120 cm canneté decorations offered in all the colors of the collection. Specific for the outdoors, the 60×60 cm and 60×120 cm formats with a thickness of 20 mm – exclusively in Beige, Tobacco and Tortora – with a non-slip surface for laying walkways and paths en plein air, either with glue on the screed or directly on grass , gravel or sand.

CONVIVIALIS
Last news for furnishing, both indoors and outdoors: Convivialis is the new line of furnishin accessories made up of different types of tables (rectangular, square, round, oval or hexagonal) made of porcelain stoneware with Bios Antibacterial® technology, a exclusive silver-based treatment that eliminates 99% of the bacteria present on the ceramic surface. The result is maximum hygiene because, being a process permanently integrated into the ceramic, it has properties that are active in both in the light and in the dark.

Dining and living room tables, you are spoiled for choice. The collection is available with rectangular tops 180×105 cm and 160×105 cm with the possibility of a removable top, or 100×203 cm, 100×200 cm and 60×120 cm.
